Mr. Leonard was very sensative to my needs especially since my husband had only passed away 6 months prior to putting the house up for sale. I wasn't sure if I was ready for the house to go on the market, but he explained to me that the "bones" of the house were excellent and that buyers will want to put their own touches on the house. He explained what buyers are looking for and for a desired location. By the fifth day after listing, I got a full price offer! I will definately be referring him to others.
