I really can't thank Dave Springsteen enough for the countless hours he spent marketing our home. Dave is super knowledgeable about current market conditions and will exceed your expectations of a dedicated realtor. Dave even helped us remodel our bathroom so we could get the property ready to be listed! Who does that! I also think Dave strikes the perfect balance of being patient with people and knowing when to take control of difficult situations that always seem to arrive when selling/buying a home. I wouldn't work with anyone else.
