Becky was accessible even beyond normal working hours and responded in a timely fashion. Becky was very helpful in finding me reliable contractors to help get my house ready to sell. I appreciated her optimism in light of the findings in the buyer's inspection report and the worsening housing climate. I felt she was very knowledgeable and was a good sounding board when determining the asking price. It was a stressful process for me since we had two offers back out with no explanation. I have never sold a house before so I really appreciated Becky Mattair's and Mary Haywood's professionalism and support through this process.
